Who is behind Z

I used to say I wanted to be a successful leader because I knew who I was. I think, with one more good leader, we'd be tipping the balance at least a little bit more away from the 'me-first' types that we see in this world.

Over seven roller-coaster years, elbow-deep in the nitty-gritty with all kinds of folks solving different problems, I often felt like a lone wolf. Like I was working in a 'grey cubicle' kind of world when I really wanted a 'rainbow confetti' one with the right people. So I decided to paint my own picture - I start my own journey to work with a tribe of ambitious souls ready to reach for the stars together.

It's hard to find someone else who can lace up their boots, pack an extra snack, and trek those extra miles to get things done for you. I put others' interests before the last bite of pizza. Big goals won't be easy, but Z is a team who is willing to go through the chaos with you to reach your destination.

Nothing gets my heart pumping like seeing challenges are solved and watching people hit their personal jackpot because of the work I did. At Z, we don't just aim for exceptional, we want to redefine what it means for the industry.

Graduated with a Ph.D. from University of Oregon, New Zealand. Currently an assistant professor at University of Nottingham Malaysia specialized in market research, marketing, and with a Masters in management.

Graduated with a degree in Psychology and Cognitive Neuroscience

from University of Nottingham

at the age of 20.

Worked at Axiata Group as Strategist for 2 years and a total of 4 years experience in project management experience.
